• Bachelor’s in CS, CE, or related field
• Strong Python and Apache Spark
• Data modeling, ETL, orchestration, distributed computing
• Software design patterns, data structures, algorithms
• Independent and team work; problem-solving; communication
• Analytic programming, data extraction, querying
• CI/CD pipelines
• AWS (S3, EC2, Glue, Lambda)
• Databricks or Spark certifications
