Requirements

• In your first few weeks you’ll: • Innovate by building up the characters of Jack & Jill • Ideate novel interfaces and create industry-leading workflows by conceptualising how users should interact with AI in both a B2C and B2B product from sharing their existing roles and documents, to how Jack handles letting a candidate know they’ve been rejected • Prototype the user experiences all the way from how a company onboards on the platform to how a candidate gets hired • Engage with candidates and companies to build empathy and understand how they interact with Jack and Jill • Evolve our brand and design language and ensure it’s applied consistently across the product • You’ll be a great fit for this role if you are: • 🧠 You’re smart • We’re building at pace in an ambiguous, changing environment. Responsibilities

• Engage in deep conversations with candidates to understand their identity and career aspirations. • Provide market insights and coaching based on the understanding of each candidate's unique situation. • Act as a companion for users during job hunting, offering support throughout the process. • Go beyond traditional AI by deeply comprehending company cultures and roles to source suitable candidates effectively. • Conduct first-pass screening calls with inbound applicants. • Serve as a strategic thought partner to companies seeking talent acquisition assistance.
