AlphaSense - Staff Technical Program Manager, AI

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. You are an engineer or scientist by training. • 10+ years of experience in technical program management or software engineering leadership. You are a manager by earned experience.Software development background with programming language proficiency and the ability to participate in architectural reviews. You are still a developer at heart. • Extensive experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) and a strong understanding of LLM capabilities. You are hands-on. • Expert-level knowledge of CI/CD methodologies, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native development environments.
