Requirements
• Technical Analytics Foundations: Strong SQL foundations, experience with data modeling, and proficiency with BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio) • Technical Analytics Foundations: • Strategic Analytical Thinking: A natural curiosity for digging beneath the surface of data to understand the why behind operational metrics and separate correlation from causation • Strategic Analytical Thinking: A • Collaboration & Communication: Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data discoveries and statistical findings into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders • Collaboration & Communication: St • Academic Background: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a highly quantitative field. • Academic Background: • The annual gross base salary range for this position is $60,000 (prorated over 12 weeks) • Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows: • Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary. • Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
