Requirements
• You have 3-5+ years in data analytics roles • You have very strong SQL and data modeling experience • You have experience with modern tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Dagster, or similar) • You're comfortable with large, complex datasets and semi-structured data
Responsibilities
• Build the data foundation by transforming raw blockchain and production data into clean, reliable datasets. • Own core analytics models across our medallion architecture. • Partner with data engineering on ingestion pipelines to handle large volumes of cross-chain transaction data. • Model transaction data across dozens of chains (swaps, bridges, fees, capital flows). • Integrate pricing feeds and partner data for competitive analysis within the blockchain ecosystem. • Gather requirements from product, business, and operations teams to understand analytics needs. • Design and standardize key metrics that are essential for decision making across our organization. • Build dashboards and enable self-service analytics capabilities for stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
