Requirements

• Graduate degree preferred with 1 year of experience in facilities data governance, or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities data governance. • Experience with data governance, records management, and document lifecycle control. • Proven experience with advanced spreadsheet analysis and structured data management. • Experience using document management platforms such as SharePoint, ShareFile or Google Workspace. • Experience with dashboard creation and operational reporting using data visualization tools. • Experience with workflow automation tools, such as Power Automate or similar platforms. • Demonstrated experience with process documentation and SOP development. • Must be fluent in English. Spanish preferred but not required. • Experience coordinating across departments in a matrixed or multi-site environment. • Excellent organization and time management skills, as well as astute attention to detail while prioritizing org wide projects. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (such as Teams, Excel, etc.). • Ability to work collaboratively and multi-task in our KIND environment, managing numerous priorities and emerging opportunities. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment; ability to prioritize tasks and delegate as appropriate. • Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Committed to practicing and supporting wellbeing and a work-home life balance. • Experience working and communicating in a remote environment preferred but not required.
