Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field. An MBA or CFA is highly desirable. • Education: • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a COO, Head of Operations, or senior Business Management role within a sell side trading business, asset manager/hedge fund, or proprietary trading firm. • Product Knowledge:Mandatory deep functional understanding of the operational and risk implications of products across Spot/Cash Markets, Prime Finance (Securities Lending, Repo), and Derivatives (Swaps, Futures, Options). • Product Knowledge:Mandatory • Spot/Cash Markets, Prime Finance (Securities Lending, Repo), and Derivatives (Swaps, Futures, Options) • Crypto Exposure: Deep Understanding of the operational and risk challenges associated with trading and settling digital assets and related products (e.g., crypto futures, ETPs). Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of trading business solutions in global markets. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency within Trading Solutions division. • Monitor market trends and analyze data for informed decision making regarding trade executions, risk management, and compliance with regulatory standards. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs and align trading solutions accordingly. • Manage a cross-functional team of analysts, technicians, and support staff involved in delivering Trading Solutions services. • Ensure that all business operations adhere strictly to industry regulations and compliance standards while maintaining high levels of customer service excellence. • Regularly review performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement within the team's processes and strategies. • Participate in quarterly strategy meetings with senior management, providing insights into operational challenges and opportunities to improve business outcomes.
