Requirements
• 4 to 7+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, agency management, or related roles in a B2B SaaS, advertising, or martech environment. • Proven experience managing external partners or agency relationships. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels. • Experience handling RFPs, client queries, and commercial discussions. • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and identify growth opportunities. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities. • Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities
• Agency Relationship Management • Own and manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners, ensuring strong engagement and alignment. • Serve as the primary point of contact for agency-related inquiries, requests, and RFPs. • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across agency account teams. • Enablement & Education • Plan and deliver enablement sessions, including lunch-and-learns and virtual trainings, to educate agencies on Demandbase advertising solutions. • Support broader agency education initiatives to drive awareness and adoption across partner organizations. • Account Mapping & Visibility • Map and maintain agency account teams across clients to ensure accurate stakeholder coverage. • Maintain internal visibility into partnership health, risks, and opportunities through regular updates and reporting. • Performance Tracking & Growth • Track spend across agency accounts and report on progress toward quarterly and annual commitments. • Monitor new business won and lost through agency channels, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Identify expansion opportunities within agency-managed accounts and partner with internal teams to drive growth.
