Requirements

• Leading experience in managing EPM or related implementations, ideally with a team of partners • Strong technical background (with experience in EPM ideally) or related products • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively. • Experience in partner management, customer success, or a related field. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Pigment brand's partnership excellence initiatives in London to ensure high standards of service delivery across all partner interactions. • Develop strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction through regular feedback collection from both customers and partners, analyzing this data to identify areas for improvement within our services or products offered by pigments. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that promotes Pigment's brand values of quality, innovation, and sustainability across various digital platforms including social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., as well as traditional print materials when necessary. This includes managing a consistent visual identity for the company on all marketing collateral to ensure that Pigment's brand is easily recognizable by our target audience and partners alike. • Monitor partner performance metrics regularly against established benchmarks in order to identify areas of strength as well as opportunities where additional support or resources may be required, ensuring the continued growth and success of all pigments within Pigment's portfolio across London marketplace. This also involves providing regular reports on these findings backed by data-driven insights for informed decision making at higher levels when necessary. • Maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders such as senior management, partners and customers alike through effective communication channels both internally within Pigment's organization structure but also externally amongst our network of pigments across London marketplace; this includes attending regular meetings or briefing sessions where progress updates are shared along with any challenges faced during the course of operations. • Actively participate in industry events such as conferences, workshops and seminars related to professional services within our sector which provide valuable networking opportunities whilst also staying abreast on latest trends affecting pigment business models thereby ensuring that Pigment remains competitive against other similar companies operating across London marketplace. • Manage partnership contracts with existing and new clients by negotiating terms favorable towards both parties while maintaining transparency throughout the process; this includes handling any disputes or issues arising during these relationships promptly yet diplomatically ensuring that all concerns are addressed satisfactorily without damaging long term business relations between Pigment & its partners across London marketplace. • Develop and implement training programs for partner employees focusing on improving their skills related to customer service delivery; this includes organizing regular workshops or webinars where best practices can be shared amongst all pigments within our network ensuring consistent high standards of excellence are maintained throughout every interaction with customers across London marketplace. • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base regarding legal regulations governing the use and application of various types of colorants used by partners;
