Enumerate - PHP Software Engineer

• Proven experience working as a PHP engineer delivering production software. • Demonstrated ability to debug and fix issues in large or legacy codebases. • Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL. • Solid understanding of modern development practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and automated testing. • Comfortable working independently in a remote role on a vanilla PHP codebase. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when tracing complex bugs. • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools as part of daily development workflows. • Experience working in Fintech, payments, accounting, or financial services domains. • Familiarity with PHP applications that integrate with third-party APIs. • Experience maintaining legacy systems or long-lived production platforms. • Understanding of secure coding practices and data integrity concerns. • Engagement Terms • Engagement Terms • This role will be engaged under a Contractor of Record arrangement and structured as project-based work. You will work remotely from LATAM, collaborating closely with Enumerate’s distributed engineering and product teams.
