• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions virtually to ensure the team remains aligned with project goals. • Monitor progress towards deliverables during each sprint cycle; provide regular updates on completion statuses via video conferencing tools or shared dashboards. • Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring that all members are informed and engaged in decision-making processes related to the product backlog items (PBIs). • Act as a buffer between stakeholders and team members by managing expectations regarding timelines, scope changes, or resource allocation. • Provide guidance on Scrum practices such as timeboxing sprints, conducting retrospectives to improve processes continuously, and ensuring the Definition of "Done" is met before a PBI can be considered complete. • Support team members in overcoming obstacles by identifying bottlenecks or impediments that may hinder progress; escalate issues when necessary for resolution outside the immediate Scrum Team context. • Participate actively in sprint reviews with stakeholders to demonstrate completed work and gather feedback, ensuring alignment between expectations and delivered results. • Maintain a positive team atmosphere by fostering open communication, resolving conflicts promptly when they arise within the team or across different teams working on interdependent projects. • Ensure that all Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog) are up to date; facilitate their creation and refinement as needed throughout each sprint cycle. • Attend daily stand-up meetings virtually with the team members at least once a day for status updates on work progress or any blockers encountered during that time frame. • Participate in Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Up Meetings (Daily Scrum), and Retrospective to ensure they are conducted effectively; provide input where appropriate based on experience gained from previous sprints with the team or other organizations. • Monitor progress towards deliverables during each sprint cycle using tools like Jira/Trello, ensuring that all tasks assigned within a Sprint Backlog have been completed by its end date and are ready for review at the next iteration of Scrum events (Sprint Review). • Act as an advocate for team members when discussing project priorities with stakeholders or other teams; ensure their voices are heard, concerns addressed promptly if needed. • Provide guidance on best practices related to Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban while maintaining flexibility in approach based upon individual needs of each organization working within these frameworks differently than others may do so themselves (e.g., using different tools). • Ensure that all team members are familiar with the principles behind Scrum; provide training or co
