Requirements

Our team is aware of this critical moment of audio AI evolution and is committed to going the extra mile to lead. • Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset. • Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations. • Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside. • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. • 7-10 years of previous experience in sales in a SaaS organisation. • Expertise or willingness to learn everything about Voice AI industry and how ElevenLabs’ solution can help. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. • A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality that prioritises client satisfaction & scale. • Plus: Proficiency in Arabic
Responsibilities
• Build and manage an ElevenAgents account team to deliver seamless customer experiences through the integration of our voice agents. • Support businesses in deploying reliable and scalable AI chatbots for various industries using ElevenLabs' technology stacks, including but not limited to integrations with existing systems, testing environments setup, monitoring agent performance, handling escalation protocols when necessary, ensuring compliance standards are met. • Collaborate closely with the product team and engineers in refining voice models for better user interaction based on feedback received from clients or end users.
