Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. • Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Go, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript. • Experience designing and building distributed, scalable, and reliable systems. • Strong understanding of relational databases, APIs, and software development fundamentals. • Experience with cloud infrastructure, microservices, testing, and continuous integration and delivery. • Ability to independently drive projects and make sound technical decisions. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reliable services and product features. • Own engineering projects from technical planning through delivery and ongoing improvement. • Identify root causes and resolve complex issues across services and systems. • Improve the performance, observability, and maintainability of existing software. • Collaborate with product, design, and adjacent engineering teams to deliver cohesive solutions. • Contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and engineering best practices. • Mentor teammates and share knowledge across the engineering organization.
