Requirements
• Skills needed: • Lead multiple software engineering teams or departments • Experience in high-frequency, transaction-heavy environments such as fintech, payments, trading • Deep understanding of distributed systems, reliability, and scalability • Ability to build highly performing, motivated teams with strong engagement and culture • Strategic mindset for balancing long-term vision with pragmsitc execution • Excellent communication skills (implied by the need to lead, inspire, partner closely) • Coaching ability for leadership development within engineering groups • Championing of engineering excellence through solid architecture and data-driven decision making • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, Operations, and other Engineering teams • Representation at senior levels providing clarity, insight, and confidence in plans and performance (implied by the role's responsibilities) • Years of Experience: 7+ years leading multiple software engineering teams or departments.
Responsibilities
• Lead multiple engineering teams across our Acceptance domain. • Drive strategy for the Acceptance Engineering organization and align technology strategy with business goals. • Foster a great culture where people feel valued, empowered, and excited to grow their careers. • Ensure systems deliver outstanding reliability and performance in payment processing environments. • Coach and develop leaders within engineering teams to strengthen management capability. • Champion engineering excellence through solid architecture, operational rigor, and data-driven decision making. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and other Engineering groups for delivering value at scale. • Represent the organization in senior levels providing clarity, insight, and confidence to plans and performance.
