Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in a sales or account management role preferably in a SaaS company, but not required. • Experience working with Mid Market and Enterprise level accounts • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to build strong relationships with customers. • Proactive and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus. • Second European or Middle Eastern language preferred but not required • Onboarding and training on Docker's products and services. • Introduction to the Renewals team and cross-functional teams. • Review of current customer portfolio and renewal pipeline. • Management of a portfolio of customers and renewals. • Identification and pursuit of upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and meet customer needs. • ONE YEAR OUTLOOK • Continued management of a portfolio of customers and renewals, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth. • Identification and pursuit of strategic opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Active participation in cross-functional projects to improve the customer experience. • Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals. • Build strong relationships with customers, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Negotiate and close renewal contracts, working closely with our sales team. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulating the value that we provide to our customers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
