Responsibilities

• Represent the Merchant Operations team in the ongoing relationship with Checkout’s Product department, defining requirements for new product releases and enhancements • Partner with the Merchant Operations leadership team to regularly update the roadmap for enhancements to Merchant Operations tooling, and advocate for such roadmap with Checkout’s Product managers • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, providing crucial input on supportability, usability, and potential pain points from our internal Operations users perspective • Collaborate with Product Managers on product launches: conduct thorough assessments, identify potential risks, and provide go/no-go recommendations • Stay abreast of customer trends & requirements, competitor products, and market shifts
