Requirements

• Proficiency in Estonian at CEFR C1 level or higher. • English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher. • Native proficiency in Estonian. • English proficiency at CEFR C1 level or higher. • Advanced transcription or audio annotation, with strong attention to accents, prosody, disfluencies, and variable recording quality. • Translation or localization work (especially UI, product copy, or conversational text) between English and Estonian. • Voice recording, voice acting, podcasting, or related audio production that demonstrates clear delivery and attention to sound quality. • Background in linguistics, phonetics, speech sciences, or hands-on work with speech/audio datasets and AI training data. • LOCATION AND OTHER EXPECTATIONS: • This role may be offered as a full-time or part-time position, depending on role / business needs and candidate availability. Full-time positions are preferred and require working standard business hours in your local time zone. • Positions are typically offered as fixed-term employment contracts of 6 months. Extensions or conversion to a permanent role may be available based on business needs. • For US-based candidates, please note that we are unable to hire in Wyoming and Illinois at this time. • We are unable to provide visa sponsorship. • Travel to a SpaceXSI site may be required.

Responsibilities

• Annotate, label, and provide feedback on multilingual audio clips, voice recordings, and speech samples using proprietary tools. • Translate and localize text (UI copy, prompts, responses, and other content) from English into Estonian, with attention to accuracy, natural phrasing, and cultural fit. • Help produce clear, natural audio data that accurately captures linguistic and prosodic details such as intonation, rhythm, and accent. • Collaborate with technical staff to refine annotation guidelines and tools for handling accents, background noise, speech variation, and multilingual audio.

Benefits
