Responsibilities
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a deep focus on GTM and business roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Revenue Operations), ideally in high-growth or mid-stage startup environments. • Strong business acumen and understanding of GTM org structures and roles, enabling you to speak credibly with candidates and hiring leaders alike • You can craft strong value propositions across Sales, GTM, and technical roles alike • A collaborative and effective communicator who can build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike — able to build trust and influence at all levels. • Proven track record of high-velocity recruiting in fast-paced, high-demand environments for hard to fill positions • Highly execution-oriented, with excellent organization, prioritization, and closing skills
