Requirements

Responsibilities
• Design as Product - Treat CRM as a core product surface - translating business goals and product strategy into lifecycle experiences that are designed with clear hypotheses, experimentation, and user behavior in mind. • Create Connected Experiences - Design across the full user journey - ensuring consistency between in-product UX and CRM, and reinforcing key behaviors. • Concept & Elevate - Go beyond execution to develop strong creative concepts - turning everyday touchpoints into engaging, purposeful moments that feel on-brand and cohesive. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Copy, and Content - contributing to strategy, aligning on feasibility, and delivering cohesive experiences across channels. • Design for Impact - Use data and insights to iterate and improve performance - balancing speed, quality, and strong attention to detail across high-impact lifecycle touchpoints.
