Responsibilities
• Develop a strong understanding of our products, customer and competitive landscape and translate these into effective VIP acquisition strategies • Manage multiple simultaneous projects including but not limited to full event invitations, roundtables, breakfast briefings etc. always working with the lead marketeer on targets • Daily outreach to selected senior professionals using multiple channels like email, social media and phone • Understand and anticipate internal and external customer needs with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve efficiently • Work alongside other functions including sponsorship, programming, operations and design to develop activities, behaviours and shared KPIs that will ensure alignment and accountability from all stakeholders • Building a VIP product offering across the business • Experience skills and professional attributes • Proven event experience (with preference given to those with conference marketing experience and industry events) • Excellent client and external stakeholder management skills • Excellent time management and the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously at different stages in their life-cycle • Self-motivated, naturally curious and a strong sense of personal accountability • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Commercially minded and highly motivated to exceed targets • Excellent written and spoken English • Working Arrangements • The majority of our roles operate on a hybrid working pattern, with 3+ days office attendance required. • AI usage for your application • We are an innovative organisation that encourages the use of technology.
