Responsibilities
• Provide remote and onsite technical support for client environments • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade hardware and network systems • Maintain system performance, reliability, and security • Work with clients to understand requirements and recommend solutions • Support project delivery through design documentation and technology selection • Monitor systems, manage incidents, and meet SLA requirements • Act as escalation support and assist junior team members • Liaise with vendors when needed • Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and technical procedures • Continuously improve and automate processes • Stay updated on technologies through training and self-development • Handle administrative tasks (time tracking, reporting) and participate in on-call duties
