• Define and drive a cohesive quality strategy across web and mobile, aligned with engineering and business goals • Own quality outcomes across web and mobile, including reliability, defect rates, and release confidence • Mentor and support our Test Automation engineers, drive alignment • Provide technical leadership on quality across teams, guiding standards and best practices • Drive a shift-left approach to quality, influencing design and development practices to prevent defects early • Own quality within CI/CD pipelines, improving feedback loops, reliability, and developer experience • Define pragmatic testing strategies, balancing speed, coverage, and long-term maintainability • Identify and implement modern tooling and approaches, including AI-assisted testing, to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Knowledge of code quality, system security, and modern software development lifecycle best practices • OUR HYBRID MODEL • We work from our central London and Budapest offices on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, leaving Wednesday and Friday for dedicated focus time at home. • OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS • We keep things simple and transparent.
