Requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Endpoint Management (Jamf Pro, Intune). • Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, and IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep). • Solid experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), including VMs, networking, and IAM. • Proven ability to design and implement secure environments (e.g., Bastion, VDI). • Experience with systems integration (Slack, Teams, Atlassian, etc.). • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog). • Understanding of patching, OS upgrades, and endpoint lifecycle management. • Problem Solving: Proactively identifies issues and proposes effective solutions. • Mentorship: Supports junior engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Works effectively with DevOps, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams. • Project Ownership: Leads infrastructure projects with minimal supervision. • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
• Manage a virtual Apple or Windows estates (AWS / AZURE etc) • Design/Build/Support automation solutions. • Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Terraform/Bicep. • Build secure environments (e.g., Bastion access, VDI redesign). • Lead systems integration efforts across SaaS platforms. • Support incident response and root cause analysis. • Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering on automation and IaC. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
