Requirements
• 4-8 years of relevant experience with an OEM or in the channel and in the New England Public Sector • Strong verbal and written communications skills with a high energy self-starter attitude. • Analytical and creative thinking with a desire to seek more knowledge. • Excellent negotiation skills. • Exceptional relationship management with influencing parties. • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be self-directed, disciplined, and detail-oriented. • Ability to collaborate and work under pressure in a fast-paced organization. • Excellent organization and project management skills. • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. • In-depth experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. • Critical problem-solving skills to handle customer questions and overcome objections • Strong team player who can build strong working relationships, collaborate effectively across multiple levels of leadership and stakeholder groups including product, marketing, and sales teams. • As an Advizex employee, you will be eligible for the following benefits and perks: • Company-subsidized medical benefits • Dental and vision coverage offered • Flexible Work Arrangements • Retirement Savings Plans • Paid Long Term Disability • Basic Life Insurance offered • Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $70,000-85,000 base salary, plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
Responsibilities
• Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory • Work with other team members to drive new business and expand the existing client portfolio, while building your own client base • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets • Consistently hit daily activity goals, including calls and e-mails • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Advizex products and services • Qualify and quantify sales potential, schedule appointments, and guide potential customers to the next phase of the sales process • Accelerate customer adoption • Maintain a robust sales pipeline • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption • Manage contract negotiations • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful campaigns • Participates in ongoing sales, business, and technical training courses to increase overall awareness of Advizex solutions and go-to-market strategies. • Drives attendance to customer events, seminars, and briefings. • Ensure customer satisfaction
