Requirements

• Act as the first point of contact for Service Requests related to hardware, software, applications, and network issues • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using available tools and best practices • Escalate and route incidents to appropriate teams when necessary while retaining ownership • Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed service levels • Maintain a strong security-first mindset in all support activities • Assist in defining and improving IT operating procedures and documentation • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing platforms and documentation updates • Monitor systems and services, identifying trends and potential problem areas • Support IT Operations initiatives across multiple departments • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Strong hands-on experience with macOS (OSX) and iOS devices • Proven experience managing: • Google Workspace (Google Admin) • Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.) • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: • DHCP, LAN/WAN • Active Directory / Access Points • Network monitoring & security principles • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills in English
