• 3+ years of experience in Web Engineering • Proficient in Typescript and Javascript • A willingness to tackle the challenges of creating data-intensive, highly responsive, and fault-tolerant apps • Experience with automated testing best practices, code quality / design patterns, observability, etc. • Skilled at performing insightful code reviews, and receiving feedback themself • Experience leveraging GenAI tools to increase software engineering productivity • Excellent communication skills: able to collaborate with teams in a fully remote environment, and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working on ad tech • Experience working on consumer facing sites (high production value at scale) • Technologies used on the team include: • Languages: Typescript, HTML, CSS, Go • Frameworks: React, Thrift, gRPC • Tools: Kubernetes, Docker, Codex, Cursor • Pay Transparency: • Pay Transparency: • This job posting may span more than one career level. • In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. • The base salary range for this position is: • $164,200—$229,900 USD • In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
