Requirements

• You have over 6 years of experience as Product Marketing Manager with a background in a B2B SaaS company. • Proven experience owning positioning and messaging for platforms or products. • Strong interest in and familiarity with AI-driven products or narratives, with the ability to communicate them credibly. • Comfortable working across multiple buyer audiences and defining a coherent platform-level story. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior and executive stakeholders. • Highly structured, autonomous, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. • Collaborative mindset and ability to influence across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Communications. • Comfortable working with data and using it to support your recommendations. • Curious and eager to learn, experiment, and test new approaches, including the use of AI. • Fluent in English; and French if Paris based. • Thrive Together: We can only win as a team. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Pigment product line to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth within London's competitive business environment. • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target demographics, understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors related to pigments in various industries such as cosmetics, food coloring, etc. • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that new or updated products meet consumer expectations and align with current market trends while maintaining brand integrity. • Oversee all aspects of Pigment's online presence including website content creation for SEO optimization; managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) by creating engaging posts to promote the product line effectively across these channels. • Develop and implement a comprehensive advertising strategy that includes traditional print ads in industry publications as well as digital campaigns on relevant online marketplaces or forums frequented by target customers within London's business sector. • Coordinate with sales teams, providing them regular updates about product developments to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints and maintain a unified brand voice throughout the customer journey. • Monitor competitors’ activities in order to identify opportunities for differentiation or potential threats that could impact Pigment's market positioning; regularly report findings back to senior management with actionable insights on how these can be leveraged strategically within London's business landscape. • Attend industry events, conferences and workshops as a representative of the company in order to network effectively while also gaining valuable knowledge about emerging trends or innovations that could benefit Pigment’s product line; actively seek partnerships with complementary brands for cross-promotional opportunities within London's business community. • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, retailers, suppliers etc., ensuring they understand the unique selling propositions of Pigment products; negotiate contract terms that are beneficial to both parties while also fostering long term partnerships within London's business environment. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database containing detailed information about customers including their preferences, purchasing history etc.; analyze this data regularly in order to identify potential leads or upsell opportunities; use insights gained from these analyses when crafting personalized marketing messages for targeted campaigns within London's business sector. • Oversee and manage the company’s compliance with relevant regulations such as cookie policies, privacy notices etc.; ensure that all online activities adhere to legal requirements while also maintaining transparency about how customer data is being used; regularly review changes in legislation related to digital marketing practices within London's business environment. • Collaborate closely with
