Requirements
• Experience in crypto, DeFi, sports betting, or high-frequency trading products where user value and habit loops are tightly coupled. • Familiarity with tools like Braze (or Customer.io, Iterable) or similar lifecycle platforms. • Exposure to pricing/fees, VIP programs, or rewards in exchanges or trading platforms. • Prior experience at an early-stage or growth-stage startup, especially building growth foundations from scratch. • NYC preferred (with periodic in-person sprints). • Remote-friendly in NAMER, travel 1-week per quarter
Responsibilities
