• To assist in the development and maintenance of security protocols for our products to ensure customer safety and trust. • Participate in code reviews with a focus on identifying potential vulnerabilities within software applications. • Collaborate closely with engineering teams by providing insights into emerging threats that could impact product design or functionality. • Conduct regular security audits of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Stay informed about the latest trends in cybersecurity, including new malware techniques and defensive strategies. • Assist in creating user awareness programs by developing educational materials on safe online practices related to our products. • Engage directly with customers through social media channels or customer service platforms regarding security concerns of their ShopBack devices/services. • Attend regular team meetings and contribute actively to discussions about product development, focusing specifically on aspects that intersect with cybersecurity needs.
