Requirements

We’re a group that chooses to lift each other up and think smart every day. • Proven experience in Collections, Recoveries, or Credit Control, demonstrating relevant skills and knowledge • Results-oriented and competitive: Experience in consistently achieving targets, SLAs, and KPIs while striving for continuous improvement. • Organised with great attention to detail and the ability to use multiple systems concurrently in the workplace. • The ability to empathise with borrowers and the commitment to assist them in solving issues through your first-class customer service skills. • Highly self-motivated and resourceful, with a proven track record of working independently and finding effective solutions to complex problems. • Able to proactively identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline your daily tasks and improve your personal productivity • Confident using approved AI tools safely and effectively to enhance your output and find a better way of working • We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
