Requirements
• 5+ years of marketing experience with 2+ of those years in event marketing and/or production, preferably within conferences specifically • Proven track record of working autonomously with limited oversight to bring an event or experiential campaign to life from initial concept through to final execution with minimal direction and within budget • Cross-functional experience working with teams such as Sales, Brand, Creative, Communications, etc. • Openness to moving across various initiatives and marketing functions • Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Responsibilities
• Source venues & vendors from existing relationships or via outreach • Coordinate vendors for events (ex. venues, security, production installs, print collateral) • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships and Community teams to curate guest lists and attendees based on team objectives (ex. generate new leads, deepen partnership relationships, expand community presence) • Facilitate day-of event activities and schedules • Partner outreach and partnership facilitation in the context of events (festival partners, event sponsors, etc.)
