Responsibilities
• Set technical direction to enable product and infrastructure scalability in line with business growth. • Drive complex projects across the company's technical stack. • Lead Senior Software Engineers by delivering high-value products for customers while enabling necessary infrastructure scaling. • Integrate deeply into services that present security risks, analyze data from these sources to surface potential threats in real time with remediation guidance. • Build core systems powering Vanta’s purchasing and renewal experiences including seamless checkout flows, self-serve upgrade paths, intuitive renewal pages, and integration with evolving billing infrastructure. • Develop a platform for "try before you buy" experiences across Vanta to empower prospect access and enable other product teams' plugging into the trials framework. • Directly impact business by unlocking self-serve revenue streams, reducing operational friction, allowing sales team focus on upselling opportunities.
