Responsibilities
• Qualifications• 2–3 years of experience in product management, product operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, or a related field• Strong interest in digital consumer products, education technology, or personalization systems• Preferred experience working on or closely supporting search, recommendation, discovery, ranking, or content optimization features• Understanding of basic product optimization methods, such as A/B testing, funnel analysis, KPI tracking, and hypothesis-driven iteration• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with product and business metrics• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities• Comfortable working collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment• Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese• Passion for Epic’s mission to inspire kids to read and learn
Benefits
