• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting data platform solutions (hands' on coding is required for this position)
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, delivering solutions directly to external partners or clients
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience designing and maintaining analytical or operational data models
• Experience working directly with customers or external stakeholders to solve data-related problems, including requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery
• Comfort operating across the stack—from querying and modeling data to writing application or integration code as needed
• Proficiency in a data-oriented programming language such as Python, Julia, or R
• Familiarity with APIs and data integration patterns (GraphQL or REST, batch exports and ELT/ETL, event sourcing, and the like)
• Experience with modern analytics and BI tools such as Snowflake, Superset, Looker, or similar platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• The salary range for this role is $150,000 - 170,000. Salary ranges are determined using current market compensation data for this role and adjusted based on experience, skills, and location.The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes equity, PTO and other benefits.
