Requirements
• 3+ years of a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion • Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and metrics • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and revenue expansion • Experience with sales automation tools, such as HubSpot and Copper CRM • Experience with data analytics and sales metrics tools, such as Tableau or AWS QuickSight • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Experience with sales enablement and training programs • Certification in sales leadership or a related field, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Leadership Professional (CLP) • We offer a competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $110,000–$155,000, determined by experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Responsibilities
• Working with the VP Sales, set and measure sales goals and metrics to evaluate sales performance • Drive sales execution processes, ensuring that all stakeholders are in close alignment and that variances are understood, flagged and corrected. These include marketing, product, and customer success • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and revenue expansion • Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders
