Further information about the Apprenticeship funding can be found here https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/6936acd76a167b6884b7360e/Funding_Rules_2025_to_2026.pdf. • Academic Qualifications: You will have either: • A degree qualification • You have completed a Level 4 AAT qualification before the September start date • + 2 A Levels (or equivalent) and 3 GCSEs including a pass in English and Maths • Visa sponsorship: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. • Academic Ambition: You are eager to begin your journey toward becoming a Chartered Accountant via the ACCA pathway. • Analytical Mindset: You have a natural comfort with numbers and a high attention to detail. • Resilience: The ability to work toward tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment. • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Any prior exposure to accounting systems (like Workday) is a huge plus, but not a dealbreaker—we will train you! • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a "team player" attitude. • It’s important we set you up for success and make our process as accessible as possible.
