Requirements
• Track record of independently managing a range of work streams or projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment • At least 2 years of experience at a top-tier technology company, investment bank, or management consulting firm • Excellent quantitative thinking and analysis skills to break down and solve complex problems • Experience working with large data sets and advanced analytics (e.g., advanced Excel modeling, SQL) • Genuine enthusiasm, curiosity, and ownership are in line with Imagen’s mission and vision • Relevant healthcare experience • Imagen Technologies is a remote-first company and this job is conducted remotely. • The base salary for the position is between $110,000 - $140,000, plus equity, bonus and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
Responsibilities
• Own reporting on unit economics and physician productivity • Identify opportunities and take ownership of cost optimization efforts, including scheduling, licensing and enrollment strategies, and physician productivity interventions • Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Strategic Finance teams to generate data-driven insights through hypothesis formulation and testing • Leverage existing data sources and market research to identify root causes and uncover new opportunities • Partner closely with the Director of Clinical Strategy & Operations to support and accelerate the execution of strategic initiatives and enhance internal tools and processes • Support supply and demand forecasting initiatives
