Requirements

• has a genuine passion for building user-facing products and exploring how they perform with broad, diverse audiences; • loves technology: understands how REST APIs work, has a grasp of interservice communication, and ideally some background or enthusiasm for gaming; • is curious and investigative: is able to build a complete picture from partial or hidden information, and translate technical findings into clear business insights; • can communicate ideas clearly in English, both in writing and verbally, and enjoys using visuals (slides, diagrams, dashboards) to explain complex things simply; • enjoys mapping and analyzing user journeys across B2B and B2C products to find optimization opportunities and friction points; • thrives on data: measuring engagement, retention, and core product metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARPU, and churn rate; • is a team player, comfortable collaborating with humans, computers, and AI alike; • can effectively work in a multicultural, multilingual team distributed across five continents and multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product features and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the FinTech sector. • Conduct competitive analysis of similar products in the marketplace using various research methods such as surveys, interviews, or focus groups with customers/users. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product designers, engineers, marketers and customer service representatives to understand user needs and incorporate feedback into product development cycles. • Monitor industry news and developments in the FinTech sector through various channels such as trade publications, conferences or webinars for insights that can inform strategic decisions about new products/services. • Prepare reports on market research findings to present at team meetings with senior management and other stakeholders within Xsolla's organization. • Participate in brainstorming sessions or ideation workshops for generating innovative product ideas that align with the company’s mission, vision, and goals. • Assist in developing user personas to better understand target customers/users of FinTech products by analyzing demographic data, customer feedback, market research findings, etc. • Support testing phases during development cycles for new features or updates through usability tests with representative users while providing valuable insights on potential improvements based on their experiences and suggestions. • Attend regular meetings to discuss progress of projects/tasks assigned by senior management as well as provide status reports when requested, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget constraints. • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in FinTech such as blockchain technology or artificial intelligence that can be leveraged to enhance Xsolla’s products/services for better user experience while maintaining security standards compliance across all platforms used by customers worldwide. • Engage actively during team meetings and contribute constructive feedback on product design, market research findings as well as provide suggestions based on personal experiences with similar FinTech solutions available in the global markets where applicable (e.g., Europe or North America). • Collaborate closely with other departments within Xsolla such as engineering teams working on software development for new features/updates while providing technical insights into user needs and preferences based on market research findings to ensure seamless integration between product design elements, functionality requirements along with customer expectations are met effectively throughout each stage of the project lifecycle. • Participate in training sessions or workshops organized by senior management/HR department regarding company policies related specifically towards remote working arrangements including time zone differences across various countries where Xsolla operates its business operations globally (e.g., Serbia, Almaty). • Maintain open communication channels with team members from different depart
