Definium Therapeutics - Senior Director, Pricing & Contracting

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry in roles of increasing responsibility, with substantial expertise in strategic pricing, contracting strategy, and government price reporting • Deep expertise in pricing & contracting strategy development • Strong experience in government pricing programs (Medicaid Best Price, AMP, ASP, 340B) and state price transparency requirements • Strong proficiency with government price reporting systems and contract management platforms required • Proven ability to develop and drive contracting strategy across multiple commercial channels • Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership and executive stakeholders • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Builder’s mindset — comfortable creating structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills • Occasional travel required for industry conferences, payer meetings, and internal leadership events • The starting base pay range for this position is $252,365.00 - $290,000.00. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee’s geographic location. • Employees in this role may be entitled to additional compensation, including bonus and equity.
