• A genuine generalist who is dangerous across brand, growth, content, and analytics, and happy to learn the next thing on the go • Hungry, curious, and fast. You ship, you measure, you iterate, and you do not wait for permission • AI-fluent. You already use AI daily to multiply what you can do, and you are excited by where it is heading • Full of aggressive, unconventional ideas, and comfortable being wrong on the way to the ones that work • Strong instincts for brand and storytelling, with the numbers to back up your decisions • Likely a startup person who thrives in ambiguity and wants to build, not maintain • Deep interest in healthcare, technology, and helping people at scale
Responsibilities
• Growth and experimentation • Run a constant pipeline of growth experiments across paid, organic, referral, partnerships, and channels nobody has tried yet • Find unfair advantages: loops, referral mechanics, and acquisition angles that compound rather than cost more every month • Instrument everything, so every test produces a clear read and a clear decision • Move our growth from mostly inbound to a deliberate, repeatable engine • AI-native marketing • Use AI tools and agents to produce, test, and ship work at a pace a traditional team cannot match • Build repeatable marketing systems and workflows, so output scales without headcount scaling with it • Stay at the front of what AI makes newly possible in marketing, and bring those capabilities in before competitors do • Brand and storytelling • Help build a distinctive, trusted brand across 32Co, Aerox, and the platform behind them • Translate complex clinical and technical work into clear, sharp storytelling that lands with dentists, partners, and patients • Keep tone, style, and identity consistent across every touchpoint, even while moving fast • Content and demand • Create content that earns attention and drives pipeline: case studies, social, video, email, and editorial that people actually want to read • Own performance reporting end to end, and make data-led calls on where to invest • Work closely with product, sales, and design to align the story with the customer journey • AI-native marketing • Content and demand
