Requirements

Responsibilities
• Capture and document current-state payroll workflows, translating SME knowledge into clear, build-ready requirements • Define and document variance threshold rules and checklist logic in collaboration with internal payroll stakeholders • Develop functional and technical requirements for: • Variance Detection • Checklist Validation and Case Management • Track project progress, maintain status reporting, and communicate updates to executive stakeholders • Coordinate UAT efforts and support pilot close activities • Create SOPs and runbooks to support operational handoff
