Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in M&A, gained in top international law firms • Experience in independently conducting complex M&A transactions and negotiating transaction documentation • Very strong negotiation skills, in particular in the area of SPA • Experience in negotiating contracts related to the IT industry • Ability to effectively manage the work of law firms in transaction projects • Professional title of legal advisor or attorney or equivalent professional qualifications obtained in other jurisdictions • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English • Knowledge of German will be an additional advantage • High level of independence, decisiveness, and ability to work in a dynamic transactional environment
