Requirements

Responsibilities
• Leading conversations with Epic stakeholders within health systems, and implementation partners to define integration requirements. • Shaping and owning the Epic-related integration architecture as a technical leader in software engineering roles focused on Epic integrations at Foundation Health. • Helping design, build, and iterate core products that integrate with healthcare systems specifically for Epic compatibility. • Leading development across our platform emphasizing specialized skills required to work closely with clinical informatics and IT teams regarding integration requirements related to Epic platforms. • Coordinating with external partners such as consulting teams from Epic on the delivery of integrations, ensuring quality and scalability in line with technical leadership responsibilities within software engineering roles at Foundation Health. • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Epic integration knowledge among our Engineering team members to drive development efforts focused on healthcare system interoperability through the use of tools like Bridges, FHIR standards, and CDS-Hooks within software engineering roles at Foundation Health. • Building features across backend and frontend systems as part of full-stack engineering responsibilities in a role that requires deep expertise with Epic integrations. • Implementing new services and API endpoints to support clinical and operational use cases, which is an integral aspect of the software development lifecycle within our Engineering team at Foundation Health focusing on healthcare system interoperability through specialized skills in working closely with other engineering teams prioritizing high-impact work. • Shipping greenfield (newly developed) work to contribute towards a modern tech stack that emphasizes speed and developer productivity, which is essential for the continuous delivery of software solutions within our Engineering team at Foundation Health focusing on healthcare system interoperability through specialized skills in working closely with other engineering teams prioritizing high-impact work. • Partnering with various internal departments such as Product, Design and others to ensure that delivered solutions meet security, privacy, and performance standards within our Engineering team at Foundation Health focusing on healthcare system interoperability through specialized skills in working closely with other engineering teams prioritizing high-impact work. • Helping define best practices for software development processes as part of continuous improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of delivering solutions within our Engineering team at Foundation Health focusing on healthcare system interoperability through specialized skills in working closely with other engineering teams prioritizing high-impact work.
