• You have at least 8+ years total HR / 4+ years specialized ER experience with exposure to complex end to end casework in a global business. • Expert-level fluency with current European (UK, Ireland, Netherlands, German, Italian) & US employment laws and practice, wanting to explore employee relations in global contexts and cross-border management best practices. • Knowledge of employment laws and practice in our other global locations (APAC) is preferred. • You can thrive in an outcome focused environment and are resourceful. • You’re a relationship builder. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. • The base salary range for this position is: • $180,200—$252,300 USD • In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
