Requirements

Responsibilities
• Advise business teams on applicable regulatory, payment scheme, and partner requirements to ensure compliance at each stage of the product lifecycle • Collaborate with Legal, Partnerships, and Risk teams to streamline business requirements and provide strategic recommendations for control development • Conduct targeted risk assessments and testing to validate control effectiveness for new and existing products and features • Support independent assessments, regulatory exams, and partner diligence requests as needed • Maintain compliance policies necessary to align product innovation with evolving obligations and standards
