Responsibilities
• Own major parts of our direct-to-customer retail savings proposition. • Work with the partnerships team to develop and distribute products related to this proposition. • Shape the product portfolio across acquisition, onboarding, in-life servicing, and reinvestment for these products. • Collaborate closely with Pricing, Finance/Treasury, Engineering, Design, Risk/Compliance, and Operations teams to build a best-in-class savings experience that balances customer value, regulatory discipline, operational scalability, and cost-of-funds realities. • Define metrics of importance, form hypotheses related to these metrics, run self-serve analyses based on the data available, and use evidence from these analyses for prioritization decisions as well as pricing/product trade-offs within the savings proposition scope.
