6+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Product within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Proven experience leading and developing teams, setting direction, prioritizing effectively, and driving consistent execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with high fluency in Looker, SQL, and advanced spreadsheets.
Demonstrated success improving processes, systems, or quality through technology, automation, or governance structures.
Experience designing performance measurement frameworks, auditing models, or operational control mechanisms.
Ability to translate operational pain points into structured requirements and influence Product and Engineering partners.
Experience owning roadmaps that span multiple quarters, stakeholders, and dependencies.
A systems-thinking mindset, understanding how workflows, data, incentives, and tools interact at scale.
Strong organizational discipline with a hands-on, outcome-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
Own the ClinOps Tooling Vision and Roadmap: define and drive the roadmap for the platforms, systems, and supporting tools used by ClinOps. Prioritize improvements and new capabilities that increase efficiency, reduce error, and maximize time spent on high-value work.
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Lead, hire, and develop a team responsible for operational tooling, automation, and governance. Set direction, raise the quality bar, and ensure consistent delivery against priorities.
Drive a Tech-Enabled Operating Model: Partner with AI and Product leadership to continuously evolve the organization toward more scalable, automated, and AI-supported workflows.
Productize the Operation: Translate operational processes into standardized, repeatable solutions. Build frameworks, tools, and mechanisms that reduce manual effort, improve visibility, and enable consistent performance at scale.
Own Performance Auditing & Operational Governance: Design and operate the mechanisms that monitor team performance, adherence to standards, and workflow quality. Create scalable ways to detect deviations, surface risks early, and equip leaders with actionable insights.
Solve Horizontal Problems End-to-End: Own complex, cross-functional inefficiencies. Diagnose root causes, design solutions, and lead implementation with clear adoption and impact metrics.
Use Data to Prioritize and Iterate: Leverage analytics to size opportunities, define KPIs, track ROI, and continuously refine systems and workflows.
Be the Bridge Between ClinOps and Builders: Ensure Product and Engineering deeply understand operational realities, while enabling Ops teams to successfully adopt new tools and ways of working.
