Element Solutions - Program Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. • 8+ years of program or project management experience, including 5+ years managing government contracts. • 5+ years of experience supporting healthcare, health IT, CMS, or other healthcare-related government programs. • Experience managing Agile delivery teams. • Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects. • Strong understanding of contract management, budgeting, staffing, and risk management. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. • US Citizenship required or be a Permanent Resident. • Must reside in the Continental US. • Depending on the government agency, specific requirements may include public trust background check or security clearance. • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification. • Direct experience supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). • Experience supporting government contracting environments and working with subcontractors. • Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and government contracting best practices. • Experience leading healthcare digital transformation, data modernization, or interoperability programs. • Qualified individuals living in HUBZone-certified areas are strongly encouraged to apply. The salary offered will depend on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity, business needs, and other factors permitted by law.
