Requirements

You have: • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience • Hands-on experience in one or more of the following domains: fintech, blockchain, AI, data science, open-source, enterprise software • Documented experience in functional programming (strong preference for Haskell and/or Rust and/or the Nix Ecosystem) • A solid grasp of system design and architecture principles • Experience collaborating on distributed, fully remote teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills across time zones • Contributions to open-source functional programming projects

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing new applications and systems. • Writing clean, testable, and well-documented code. • Participating in code reviews and architecture discussions. • Debugging, optimizing, and improving existing systems. • Contributing to testing, CI/CD, and deployment processes. • Exploring and applying new technologies to real-world problems. • 3+ years of professional software engineering • in fintech, blockchain, AI, data science, open-source, or enterprise software. • in functional programming (strong preference for Haskell, Rust, or Nix Ecosystem). • Solid grasp of system design and architecture principles. • collaborating on distributed, fully remote teams. • Strong written and verbal communication • Contributions to open-source functional programming projects (plus).
