Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end implementations for clients — owning the project plan, timeline, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Client Success • Manage multiple concurrent implementations across mid-market and enterprise segments. • Build trusted relationships with HR and Benefits leaders at client organizations, serving as their primary day-to-day point of contact throughout launch • Run client-facing cadences (status meetings, working sessions, executive updates) and produce the artifacts (project plans, RACI, status reports, launch playbooks) that keep internal and external stakeholders aligned • Partner with Sales, Client Success, Care Advocate, Product, and Data teams to translate contractual scope into a configured, launched product • Partner with the technical implementation and data teams to ensure accurate eligibility files and on-time launches — you don't need to own SFTP plumbing, but you need enough fluency to triage issues and escalate appropriately • Proactively identify implementation risks and drive resolution, escalating early when timeline, scope, or stakeholder alignment are at risk • Deliver against operational KPIs including on-time launch rate, implementation NPS, and time-to-launch • Identify and contribute to continuous-improvement opportunities — playbooks, templates, tooling, and process — so the team can scale without sacrificing quality • Roll up your sleeves on whatever the launch needs; this is a build-and-run team, not a finished one
